We're excited your school has decided to participate in our Pay It Forward Senior Portrait program! 

What happens next?  

  • Counselors from the selected Houston-area high schools will choose two 2018 seniors from their school.
    • The selection process is at the complete discretion of the counselors from the respective schools.
  • After seniors have been selected, an email will be sent to set up a time for a consultation call with the parent & student.  After the call, a Portrait Agreement/Parental Consent and Senior Pre-shoot Questionnaire will be sent.  These are required before photo session date can be scheduled. We cannot prepare for a session without these two documents.  
    • These documents are sent out via email and completion tracked through electronic workflow.  
    • If the selected seniors do not complete the documents by the due date, the high school counselors will be notified and given the option to choose alternate candidate(s).
  • Upon completion of the required documents, the parent & student email address provided will receive a list of available session dates, with location & times.  They will be able to select only one.
    • If there is an emergency or unavoidable circumstance that requires the student to reschedule, we will accommodate 1 rescheduled session.  If a student need to reschedule, they should provide 3 day notice, if possible.
  • Fulfillment of of images and print work will take up to 2-3 weeks after session date.
